Cameron Eubanks focuses on appellate practice and complex litigation strategy and support at Mase Tinelli.  He has significant appellate experience and has successfully represented numerous civil and criminal clients at the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Florida appellate courts.  Mr. Eubanks focuses on all aspects of appellate practice for Mase Tinelli, including appellate brief writing and oral argument.  Mr. Eubanks also briefs and argues complex issues on behalf of his clients in federal and Florida trial courts, such as those relating to class certification, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss.

Prior to joining Mase Tinelli, Mr. Eubanks was an appellate attorney at a national appellate law firm in Winter Park, Florida, where he handled civil appeals, criminal appeals, and criminal post-conviction relief matters.  Mr. Eubanks has also interned for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan in the United States District Court for the Southern District, and has interned at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Mr. Eubanks graduated magna cum laude from the University Miami School of Law.  He was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, and his case note was chosen for publication.  He was also selected to the Order of the Coif, an honor society for excellence in legal education.
