Thomas Graham is a trial attorney who practices in complex civil, catastrophic personal injury, and criminal defense litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Graham was lead counsel in the trials of more than 20 commercial litigation cases throughout Florida. His practice encompasses all aspects of personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability litigation, representing business and individuals involved in real estate and investment disputes, and representing businesses and individuals damaged by corporate abuse and misconduct. He regularly handles appellate matters, enabling him to strategically advise clients on both the trial and post-trial implications of procedural and evidentiary obstacles.
Mr. Graham previously served as a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he tried many jury trials to verdict, and trained and supervised over 50 new attorneys as the Assistant Chief of County Court. His extensive criminal experience has allowed him to develop a special interest in representing those facing the potential loss of their career or professional license due to pending criminal charges.
Mr. Graham is admitted to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania. He holds the distinction of earning the top score on the February 2011 administration of the Florida Bar Exam.
